Launch of Belgian Climate and Environment Risk Assessment Center CERAC

Yesterday, for Earth Day, was the official launch of the Belgian Climate and Environment Risk Assessment Center, CERAC, an independent center embedded in the Federal administration of climate and environment, and tasked to evaluate climate and environment risks for Belgium and advise policymakers on strategies for increased resilience and adaptation. Patrick is supporting CERAC activities as member of its Scientific Board. More info on CERAC website, with a forthcoming report on planetary boundaries in Belgium and the first national-scale climate and biodiversity risk assessment in the pipeline.
